University romance can be a wonderful thing, making those first few often lonely weeks in a new place bearable, and providing a companion with domestic skills you may otherwise lack. The initial excitement of starting university as a singleton and then progressing to find the ‘man/woman of your dreams’ begins after everyone is bored of hooking up with randoms at Carnage and wants something more long-term.
